FAQ
1. What happens when I upload my image to search?
When you upload a file to search, you do not transfer any rights to it to us. We won’t publish or reproduce it anywhere. We also do not create a database into which it can be copied, and our algorithms do not learn from your files. The only purpose for which we use the image is to compare it to our index and find the best matches within each category.
All of this just to provide you with the best possible search results!
2. Does lenso.ai store my pictures?
All of the pictures you look up are stored only temporarily for a month, mainly because of result sharing, and are later deleted from temporary memory. Lenso.ai doesn’t use images for model training. Images can also be stored when a user requests alert searches with specific pictures. As long as the link with search results is not shared by you, no one else will have access to them.
3. Does lenso.ai own the images?
