1. What are the subscription plans on lenso.ai?
In order to explore all the plans on lenso, visit the pricing page. You will find additional information regarding all the prices and features.
2. Do I have to pay to use lenso.ai?
Making a search on lenso is completely free, with most results being unlocked. However, if you’d like to see the sources of all the results, you need to purchase a subscription.
3. Can I apply for a refund?
Yes, you can request a refund if you haven't unlocked any results, set up any alerts or used any other premium features within 14 days of your payment. You can request a refund via the contact form or send an email to [email protected].
4. Can I test lenso before buying a subscription?
You can test lenso by making an unlimited number of searches for free, however, to use premium features, such as unlocking results or saving files to CSV, you have to purchase a subscription. Lenso.ai does not offer free trials.
5. How to purchase a subscription?
Visit the Pricing page and choose the subscription that suits your needs. Click “Start now”, set up an account, and make a secure payment. That’s all - your subscription is now active!
6. Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime! To do it, visit the subscription panel on your profile and click the “cancel subscription” button visible in the subscription plan window. Then, leave feedback for lenso and click “Cancel Subscription” to confirm.
7. Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan anytime. Log in to your account on lenso.ai, click “Subscription” on the left bar and click the “Change plan” button that appears near the currently active plan.
8. Where can I find my invoices?
Log in to your account on lenso.ai and click “Subscription” on the left bar. Then, you will see your whole payment history with invoices as well.

10. I want to use your API. How Can I do that?
The API feature on lenso will be available soon! In order to use it, start a Developer subscription. If the Developer subscription is not sufficient, you can request an individual plan via the contact form or send an email to [email protected].
