Similarity Score
Similarity score on lenso.ai is a score that shows how similar the reference image (uploaded image) is to the images found. 100% means the images are identical, and 0% means they are completely different.
Where Do I Find Similarity Scores?
There are two ways to see the similarity scores for images.
Research Mode
Open research mode to see similarity scores on every result. To open Research Mode:
- Get the Professional Subscription
- Make a search
- Click on the Research Mode banner
- On mobile, it will be visible at the bottom of the page
- On PC, it will be visible on the left-hand side
- The scores are visible on every result

About Image
Similarity scores can be found in the “About image” tab as well. To open it, you do not need to enter Research Mode.
Just click on any result and switch to the About image tab.

Indexing Dates
Indexing dates on lenso.ai show when the first and most recent indexation of the image happened.
First indexed shows when lenso.ai found the image for the first time. It does not mean that this image was posted on that date, only that lenso.ai stumbled upon it on that day.
Last seen means the date when lenso.ai last found the image on any website. If an image has multiple sources, this is the date of finding it in the newest source.
Important to note: Lenso.ai does not check the same source twice, so we cannot check when the image was last seen on the original website. Last seen only works for showing when the most recent sources were discovered.
Where Do I Find Indexing Dates?
The dates of indexing can be found in the About image tab. It can be accessed by clicking on any result and switching the tab, like so:
