How do I upgrade my subscription?
If you’d like to switch from Starter to Professional
- Visit the home page of your account.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab.
- Click the Change Plan button.
- Choose the plan you’d like to upgrade to by clicking Upgrade.
Alternatively, you can upgrade your plans from Pricing.
If you’d like to switch from Starter/Professional to Developer
To Upgrade your subscription to the Developer plan, contact us!
Keep in mind: Your account will be charged automatically. You won’t be asked to provide your card details again.
When you upgrade, lenso.ai will charge you the full price of the new subscription.
How do I downgrade my subscription?
If you’d like to switch from Developer to Professional, or from Professional to Starter, please contact lenso.ai's support.
Keep in mind: When you downgrade, any surplus will be converted to credits. Credits will be used to cover all or part of any subsequent subscription renewals. Simply said: You will not get a refund for the downgraded subscription, but the money that's left can be used for future purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you’d like to switch to the free subscription, follow these steps:
- Visit the home page of your account.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab.
- Click the Cancel Subscription button.
- Leave feedback for Lenso and click Cancel Subscription.
When you cancel your subscription, you can still enjoy its benefits until the end of your billing period!
Keep in mind: If you set up more than 3 Alerts, the extra Alerts will become inactive.
