How do I upgrade my subscription?
If you’d like to switch, for example, from Starter to Professional or Developer, follow these steps:
- Visit the home page of your account.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab.
- Click the Change Plan button.
- Choose the plan you’d like to upgrade to by clicking Upgrade.
Keep in mind: Your account will be charged automatically. You won’t be asked to provide your card details again.
When you upgrade, Lenso will only charge you the difference, adjusted for the number of days you have used the current subscription. You won't be charged extra for the days already used. You will be charged the higher price for the remainder of your billing period, with the excess from your original subscription deducted from the new price.
How do I downgrade my subscription?
If you’d like to switch from Professional to Developer or Starter, follow these steps:
- Visit the home page of your account.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab.
- Click the Change Plan button.
- Choose the plan you’d like to downgrade to by clicking Downgrade.
Keep in mind: When you downgrade, any surplus will be converted to credits. Credits will be used to cover all or part of any subsequent subscription renewals.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you’d like to switch to the free subscription, follow these steps:
- Visit the home page of your account.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab.
- Click the Cancel Subscription button.
- Leave feedback for Lenso and click Cancel Subscription.
When you cancel your subscription, you can still enjoy its benefits until the end of your billing period!
